Since 2016, I have had the privilege of representing clients throughout California with emphasis on the Foothill Communities bordering my hometown of La Cañada Flintridge, located near Pasadena and Glendale, and just north of Downtown Los Angeles.

My professional practice covers both Residential and Commercial real estate. Currently, my primary emphasis is residential properties. My commercial property experience is with both representing purchase transactions and property owner/tenant leases. Proficient directly with IRS Code 1031 Exchange, Proposition 19 property tax basis transfers, Probate and Trust sales, and off-market property acquisitions. I have the competence and the ability to handle anything that is real estate on our good Earth.
